Hot presses are furnaces to form materials by pressing under high temperature in high vacuum or inert gas atmosphere. Since our first model in 1984, 12BET has been developing and improving hot presses to meet user’s demand for upsizing, higher pressing force and higher productivity.
12BET hot presses are applicable for both sintering, where powder is filled into a graphite molds to form target materials, ceramic materials and electronic materials, and diffusion bonding, to bond or form metal, ceramics and composited materials.
As a new field, we have also developed a hot forming press machine for press forming and superplastic forming of metallic plates using hot dies.
Various combination of multiple rams can be selected (2, 4, 6, 8, etc.)
Proven record of up to 24 rams
Selection from synchronized control of multiple rams / single-axis control for each rams
Uniform surface pressure and stable pressing performance
Excellent temperature uniformity by zone division
Profile
A machine designed for bonding and formation of various materials through high-temperature press treatment of charged work for use in heating chambers.
Applications
Diffusion bonding: heat exchangers, heat sinks, and molds
Soldering: aluminum and copper heat sinks
Formation treatment
